Viviane Tschanz
Viviane Tschanz founded Apollo Consulting after 18 years of driving strategic transformation across some of America's most innovative and respected financial institutions. Her expertise spans strategy, operations, risk & credit management, and analytics —with a proven track record of turning ambitious visions into measurable results.
Viviane was born in Brazil and raised in Southern California. She resides in San Diego with her husband and two sons.

Banc of California (2024 - 2025)
Led Risk Operations during transformational integration with Pacific Western Bank. Implemented BSA/AML enhancements across technology, process, people, and analytical models. Developed executive-level risk analytics and remediated critical regulatory issues within 6 months.
Axos Bank (2015 - 2024)
Progressed through increasingly senior roles at one of America's first digital-only banks, ultimately reporting directly to the CEO for corporate strategy and performance management. Built new commercial lending verticals from the ground up, reduced credit approval times by 75%, supported 10+ post-merger integrations, and strengthened Risk Analytics capabilities.
MUFG Union Bank (2008 - 2015)
Built foundational expertise at a highly-respected global financial institution, progressing from Credit Analyst to Vice President while leading critical transformation initiatives. Scaled the Business Banking Group for high loan growth by enhancing credit and back-office processes. Led critical aspects of the MUFG integration, harmonizing commercial loan processes across people, technology, policy, and operations.
